Directions for Use

Steam: Add 3–5 drops to a heat-proof bowl of hot water. Then lean carefully over the bowl, close your eyes and inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes. Keeping your face a comfortable distance from the bowl. When using a towel as a tent over the bowl cover with towel for 3mins, remove for 30 secs, then repeat.

Decongesting Shower: 

Add a couple of drops to each corner of the shower, the aroma will rise with the steam to aid in relieving congestion and boosting immune function. Caution  this may make the shower surface slippery.

Diffuser: Add 3–5 drops. Diffuse intermittently for 30-60 mins, then turn off to prevent sensory overload. Provide ventilation - keep a door or window slightly cracked to allow fresh air circulation. See safety below in regards to children, pets and vulnerable people. Use up to 2–3 times daily in a well-ventilated area

Direct: Inhale from tissue/cotton pad.
