Ii brought this item off Adele at the start of this year and I think its wonderful. Every day after working hard I relax with this heat pack which I heat in the microwave for bout 2 mins, it takes all the pain away and it relaxes me,I also bought the square one. when I was having stomach pain I laid it on my stomach, and the pain was gone..i suggest this for anyone with pain anywhere ...it soothes it :)
